As Principal Coach / Consultant of Robert Arnold & Company, I present over 40 years of seasoned business experience across multiple industries, with core competencies in individual, group and corporate benefit planning, sales training, marketing, and management. Since early 1972, I have managed, recruited, developed and conducted sales and marketing campaigns in the areas of education, business development and financial planning (life, disability, health/dental, catastrophic illness and retirement insurance programs).

I hold an undergraduate degree in Humanities, and a Juris Doctorate degree in Law.. Starting with the Aetna in 1977 as Government Employee Benefits Specialist, Mr. Arnold excelled over the years to Corporate Benefits Consultant and today he maintains Robert Arnold Insurance Services under Robert Arnold and Company, LLC.

Mr. Arnold is a Government Employee Benefits Specialist and has demonstrated capability in developing, marketing, training, and staffing for national and regional campaigns to deliver dental benefit plans and voluntary insurance plans to federal government employees for over 30 years.
